   To use the services provided by InboxerKit, users are required to create an account by signing in with their Google account. The service is available to individuals aged 13 and above.
4. Privacy and Data Usage
   
   Your use of InboxerKit is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. By using our service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
   
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
   
   InboxerKit offers a paid subscription with two billing options: monthly or yearly. The subscription includes access to all available features such as AI Smart Categorization, AI Email Filters, Auto-Respond, Writing Assistant, and Email Summaries. Payment is required upon subscription, and the user will be billed according to the selected billing cycle.
   
6. Cancellation and Refunds
   
   Users have full control over their subscription and can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, the account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no additional fees. If the service does not meet the user’s expectations, they may request a full refund. For the monthly subscription, refunds are available within 10 days of purchase, and for the yearly subscription, refunds can be requested within 30 days. 7. User Responsibilities
   
   By using InboxerKit, users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, share, or transmit through the service.
   
   You agree not to engage in the following activities:
   
   Illegal Activities: Using InboxerKit for any unlawful conduct or violating any applicable local, state, or international laws.
   
   Spam & Unsolicited Communications: Although InboxerKit does not have access to your private email content, you are prohibited from using the service for sending spam, unsolicited communications, or engaging in any form of harassment.
   
   Security Violations: Attempting to compromise or circumvent any security features of the service, including unauthorized access to other accounts or users data.
   
   Offensive Content: Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

InboxerKit reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found in violation of these terms. We may take legal action in cases of misuse, including but not limited to, seeking damages and reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

InboxerKit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user’s account that violates these Terms & Conditions, including:

Engaging in illegal activities or attempting to misuse the service.
Failing to pay subscription fees.
Engaging in abusive or disruptive behavior toward other users or the InboxerKit team.

In cases of violations, accounts may be suspended for investigation or permanently terminated, at the discretion of InboxerKit. Users will be notified of any account actions via email.

9. Limitations of Liability

InboxerKit is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, downtime, or technical issues that may affect the functionality of the service.

InboxerKit does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. Users are advised to back up their data regularly and use the service at their own risk.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
